Why I only can attach 2 pieces of this extension cable at notebook to extend the
length my mouse?

This cable is designed for Desktop, because Notebook is moveable device that
does not need this cable. Besides, for power saving Notebook always limit
the port’s output power.

Does every kinds of USB device could extend it’s length to 64 feet?

Basically, how long the USB device could extend it’s length depending upon the
power of the device.
The following device is tested under Desktop PC:
Mouse (50mA): Could extend to 64 feet.
WEB Cam (100mA): Could extend to 48 feet.
250MB ZIP (498mA): Could extend to 32 feet.
