If Your Glass Breaks:
• See your dealer for exact replacement glass.
• Remove front as explained above. With a 5/16” nut driver remove all nuts holding the glass
retainers. Carefully remove retainers and seal.
• After removing all broken glass pieces, insert new glass and reinstall seal and brackets. It the
seal is damaged, replace it with an identical new seal from your dealer (see replacement parts)
Glass door
Removal
• Let the stove cool down for at least one hour.
• Remove the two (2) screws on the left and right, at the bottom of the glass front.
• Remove the glass front assembly.
CAUTION: Do not operate your stove without a glass front or with a broken glass.
Cleaning
• Only clean the glass when cold.
• Clean with liquid type cleaners or soap and water; do not use abrasive cleaners, which can
scratch the glass.
Installation
• Place the glass front assembly back in position. Align the holes for screws.
• Install the two (2) screws below the ashtray down the door.
Burner removal and installation
Removal
• Remove the glass front assembly as shown above.
• Carrefully remove logs
• Lift out the grate and hearth insert around burner.
• Unscrew the retaining screws on each side of the burner.
• Slide burner to the left and lift out.
