SETTING MANUAL COOKING
Press the “Manual” button to access the manual cooking setting.

s Select the cooking mode (Convection, Steam or Combination) directly on the touch screen

NOTE: The display will show the standard temperature for the selected cooking mode.

s Customize the parameters, selecting the values for the fi rst cooking cycle, by pressing
