Installation Instructions
1. Lay base plate flat with slide rails facing up and toward the front.
2. Place one side plate on each side of the base plate. The ears of each side plate should face forward
and point out from the base plate.
3. Insert screws to attach sides to base plate. Do not tighten down screws.
4. Lay top plate flat between the side plates. The slide rails of the top plate must be facing down and
toward the front of the rack.
5. Insert screws to attach sides to top plate.
Tighten all screws attaching top and bottom plates to side plates
