CONNECTION AND INSTALLATION
Atlona AT-CV41R Switcher was designed to operate in two different modes - Manual or IR Learning.
1. Connections:
Connect Component Video cables and Stereo Audio cables between your sources and the AT-CV41R. You
also can connect SPDIF (Digital Audio) cable, if it is applicable to your devices. When connecting Video cables,
please make sure that color coding is precisely matched. Faling to do so may result a distorted image or blank
screen.
Plug the supplied AC/DC adapter into the power socket and the other end into the switcher.
2. IR Learning Mode.
Step 1: Hold the LEARN Key on the front panel for more then 4 seconds. The LED indicator will flash. At the
same time, please release the key. The swith box will be in the IR R/C Learning Mode.
Step 2: The CH1 LED Indicator will flash. At the same time beam your IR Remote Controller to the IR receiv-
ing window of the AT-CV41R and press any key for selecting Channel 1, say number 1, CH 1 LED will be off.
The AT-CV41R will store the corresponding code as the command to change the input to CH1.
Step 3: Repeat Step 2 for CH2,3 AND 4.
Note: You can press the LEARN key to abort IR Learning Mode. During the learning process each function key
should be defined within 8 seconds. If you do not set the related key within 8 seconds, you will need to do it
again, with previous steps.
3. Manual Mode
Press and release the LEARN key manually switch inputs between channels 1, 2, 3 and 4.
