Settings – current altitude
Setting the current altitude
by entering the sea level
pressure.
As a second option, you can also set the current altitude via
the sea level pressure.
How to set the current altitude
by entering the sea level
pressure:
On the M4, the sea level pressure is recalculated to the
current altitude.
Details of the sea level pressure for your current location
can be found on several weather websites.
Press the
SET button to confirm the setting for the current
altitude via the sea level pressure.
The setting opens.
The current sea level pressure is displayed.
Press the
BIKE button to increase the value.
Press the
ALTI button to decrease the value.
Once the correct current altitude has been set,
confirm the setting by pressing the
SET button.
The response
“Set OK” appears on the display.
If you want to configure further settings,
press the
BIKE or ALTI button to access these.
If you do not want to configure any further settings,
press and hold the SET or BIKE button.
The settings menu closes.
The VDO M4 returns to function mode.
