WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
The WB-1 and WB-2 are very durable and will last a long time if treated with
care. In case damage does occur please refer to the following warranty points.
The WB-1 and WB-2 are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year
from the date of purchase. Repair or replacement will be made at no charge at the
discretion of Physitemp if the defect is not the result of misuse or abuse.
Physitemp accepts no consequential liability for the delay in delivery, alleged
faulty performance of the product, or any other cause.
In the event that a warming blanket is to be returned for repair, please pack it
with care and send it prepaid to:

Please include with the shipment:
1. A note describing any problems encountered
2. The name and telephone number of a person we can contact to
authorize repair.
