1. Un-clamp the two (2) coolant hoses
that run to the bottom of the throttle body as
shown.
2. Using the supplied rubber cap plugs, plug
both hose nipples on the throttle body, as shown
in the following step.
3. The adjacent illustration shows the rubber
cap plugs installed on the lower throttle body
hose nipples.
OPTIONAL STEP: Using Oetiker clamp pliers or
side cutters, install the supplied Oetiker clamps to
secure the cap plugs to the throttle body. If you
are using side cutters, take care not to shear the
metal on the oetiker clamp.
The installation of the LPE throttle body
coolant bypass kit is now complete.
4. Connect the 90 degree bypass hose to the
radiator hose using the supplied hose joiner and
the OEM constant tension clamps.
