Perform the 25-hour service.

Clean/replace the air cleaner’s filter cartridge (paper filter)
(shorter intervals for dusty operating conditions). r
Change engine oil.

Lubricate according to lubrication chart.

Check/adjust the parking brake.
r
100-Hour Service
Perform the 25-hour service.
r
Perform the 50-hour service.
r
Change the engine oil filter.
r
Clean/replace the spark plugs.
r
Replace the fuel filter.
r
Clean the cooling fins on the engine and transmission.
r
Check V-belts.
r
Check tighten caster wheel axle bolts (every 200 hours).
r
Change the air filter’s paper cartridge.
r
Replace the fuel filter.
