The USB hub
operates erratically. Static electricity
may cause the hub
to operate
erratically. Unplug the AC adapter and
disconnect the hub from
your computer for at least
5 seconds, then reconnect
the cables.
USB devices
operate erratically
or do not turn on. Connected USB
devices may need
more power than
your computer’s
USB controller can
supply. Connect the AC power
adapter to the USB hub
and an electrical outlet.
USB hub does not
work at all. Your computer may
not be USB-
compatible or your
computer’s
operating system
may not be USB-
compliant. Make sure that your
computer is USB-
compatible and that your
computer’s operating
system is USB-compliant.
