ACTIVISION WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER
PURCHASER THAT THE RECORDING MEDIUM WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN
MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - IN NO CASE RELATED TO SUCH DEFECT OR ANY
OTHER CLAIM ARISING FROM PURCHASE OR USE SHALL ACTIVISION’S LIABILITY
EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US DURING THE 12 MONTHS
PRIOR TO THE TIME YOUR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE OR THE PURCHASE PRICE
OF THE PRODUCT. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS BY LAW DO NOT
