1. Introduction of AR-ES5630FL

Welcome to the AR-ES5630FL fan less & dustproof products, in which a Single Board

Computer with low power Pentium M T7500/Celeron M 550 processor designed-in. The

system is designed for extreme environment with of operating range from 0℃ to 50℃.

For this product feature, AR-ES5630FL can make a lot of outdoor applications available,

such as Traffic Control, Vehicle Computer, Remote Workstation, Outdoor Data

Acquisition, Aviation or Military industries.

ACROSSER’s Extended temperature products are almost choosing the wide operating

temperature components (compliance with Industrial standard in operating temperature)

onboard. This platform has fully loaded and pass robust thermal cycling tested. It is a

reliable, long lifetime and cost effective extended temperature solution for diverse

applications.

The AR-ES5630FL provides on chip VGA, which provides up to 2048x1530x32bpp at

60Hz resolutions. And the VGA memory is shared with the main memory (1M or 8M). In

addition, the Dual Channel LVDS are supported for the users to use either with the single

channel LVDS interface supporting 1*18-bpp/ 1*24bpp or Dual channel LVDS interface

supporting 2*18-bpp / 2*24bpp.

The AR-ES5630FL is loaded with special on-board features that rival full-size systems. It

has two-network controller on board, uses BCM 5787MKMLG LAN controller, a fully

integrated 10/100/1G BASE-TX solution with high performance networking functions.

Supports Compact Flash™ Type II interface. Plus optional support for HDA sound with

CD-input. The AR-ES5630FL also includes one 200-pin SO-DIMM DDR sockets for up

to 2GB total on-board memory. The AR-ES5630FL has four on-board serial ports, 2 USB

ports, and tough industrial grade construction. All these features make the AR-ES5630FL

a very "system integrator friendly" solution, perfect for handling applications in the

harshest unmanned environments.
