DESCRIPTION
The ALTEC 1207C Portable Column Speaker
System uses six 8" 403A Loudspeakers in a ver
tical array. This configuration is well known for
its wide horizontal, narrow vertical acoustic
pattern that permits outstanding audience cov
erage with minimal microphone feedback prob
lems. The 1207C's 75-watt capability and wide
frequency response provides intense reinforce
ment of the human voice and musical instru
ments covering the same range.
The enclosure is covered with attractive, rugged
vinyl and has heavy-duty edge bumpers. A
