SHORT CORD INSTRUCTION
1. A short po'Aer-supply cord is provided to reduce risks resulting
from becoming entangled in ortripping over a longer cord.
2. Longer e>dension cords are available and may be used if care is
exercised in their use.
If a longer extension cord is used:
The marked electrical rating ofthe extension cord should be at
least as great as the electrical rating ofthe appliance.
The longer cord should be arranged so that it vvll not drape over
the countertop ortabletop v\here it can be pulled on by children
or tripped over unintentionally.
POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is vvderthan the
other) followthe instructions below
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to lit into
a polarized outlet only one 'Aay. If the plug does not lit fully into
the outlet, reverse the plug. If It still does not lit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any v\ay.
