Step 5: Turn on grill burner to high setting to ignite
coals. (See Twin Eagles Owner’s Manual for proper
lighting instructions.)
Step 6: When the coals begin to turn white, turn off
the grill burner. Depending on the coal used, this
could take up to 5 minutes. Note: Quick‐light coal or
lighter fluid is not necessary for this tray.
Step 7: To add coals, easily move the grate with the
spatula. Then add the coals to the tray. Step 8: Move the grate back into cooking position.
Allow the new coals to turn white before cooking.

Twin Eagles Use & Care manual for all safety cautions, warnings, and instructions.
