Place the second weighing deck into position.
Using a forklift, move the first weighing deck into position.
BE SURE to maintain a ½” gap between the two weighing decks.
Before lowering the deck to the ground:
e. Remove the access panel to the junction box compartment and feed the cable
out the hole in the bottom of the compartment. Replace and secure panel.
Place the bundled cable on top the weighing deck.
f. Place a retaining plate under each of the four feet, being sure to have the two
mounting holes positioned outside the deck.
g. Carefully lower the deck to the ground.
h. Adjust the four leveling feet so that the scale is not “rocking” corner to corner.
There should be even pressure on all four leveling feet against the concrete. If
required, further adjust the feet so that the scale platform is close to being even
with the edge of the ramp.

Keep a small gap between the two decks.
