GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Designed for use in both temporary and permanent installations, TOA's ES-0851 and ES-0871 are high-quality indoor
speaker systems that feature high power handling capabilities.
FEATURES
• Built-in passive network ensures superb sound quality.
• 90-degree rotatable horn permits the speaker to be installed either horizontally or vertically without affecting its coverage
angle.
• The speaker's wedge shape permits it to be mounted closely to both wall and ceiling at a 45-degree downward-facing
angle. The speaker can also be used as a stage monitor.
• Carrying handles facilitate speaker installation and transport in both temporary and permanent applications.
• Input connectors use M5 screw terminals for enhanced installation ease, as well as Neutrik NL4MP connectors that
facilitate temporary installations.
• The ES-0851 can be mounted directly to its optional speaker stand. It can also be suspended from a ceiling pipe or
mounted to walls or ceilings using its optional mounting bracket. (For mounting instructions, refer to the manuals for the
speaker or mounting bracket.)
• The ES-0871 can be mounted to walls or ceilings using its optional mounting bracket. (For mounting instructions, refer
to the manual for the mounting bracket.)
INPUT CONNECTORS
• Because the Neutrik NL4MP connector is internally connected in parallel to the terminal strip, either can be used.
• The Neutrik connector pins are wired as shown below.
• Two speakers can be parallel-driven in a cascade configuration as shown below.
Note : In this case, the power amplifier load is 4
Ω.
