Using Headphones
Hearing loss!
Do not listen to the radio at high volume with
headphones. Doing so can cause permanent
hearing damage. Turn down the radio volume
to the lowest volume before using headphones.
When you connect headphones (not included),
the radio speaker is muted.
> Only use headphones with a 3.5 mm stereo
jack plug.
> Insert the plug of your headphones into
the headphone jack (page 5 #13) on the
radio. Sound then only comes out of the
headphones.
> If you would like to use the speakers again,
unplug the headphones from the headphone
jack on the radio.
Switching the Radio On/Off
> Switch the radio on and off by pressing
On/Off (1) .
