During exploitation of hood in order to provide maximum
performance and efficiency of its work, it is necessary to
perform preventive maintenance and care of the hood
periodically.
At implementation of activities, related
to prevention and care of the hood, it
is necessary to disconnect it from the
electrical power supply!
In the prevention of regularly using the following steps:
- Regularly remove all food residue and grease from the
bottom of the hood and aluminum grease filters. Excess
«fat» can cause inflammation!
- Wipe the outer surface of the hood with a damp, well
wrung flannel cloth.
- To care for stainless steel surfaces, use special tools that
create a protective film.
- Do not use abrasives or solvents.
- Inspect exhaust duct and vent, and clean them if
necessary!
mAintenAnce PRodUcts
In the hood used light bulb type E14 capacity not exceeding
40 watts. Changing the light bulb in the following order:
- before replacing light bulbs, make sure that the hood is
disconnected from the mains and allow the lamp to cool;
- remove the grease filter by clicking on the lock filter;
- remove the cartridge from the old bulb, and screw a new
one;
- install the grease filter in the hood by pressing the lock
filter.
