USB
No sound heard The USB memory device
contains no MP3/WMA/AAC
files. Record MP3/WMA/AAC files properly to the USB
memory device.
The files are not proper MP3/
WMA/AAC format. Use only properly encoded MP3/WMA/AAC files.
Files are DRM copyright
protected. See page 16 for details on how to cancel DRM
protection.
Connectors are loose. Disconnect the USB memory device and reconnect
securely.
Sound is
interrupted or has
noise. The MP3/WMA/AAC files are
improperly encoded. Use only properly encoded MP3/WMA/AAC files.
USB memory
device isn’t
recognized. The USB memory device is
damaged. Disconnect the USB memory device and reconnect. If
the device is still not recognized, try replacing with a
different USB memory device.
Connectors are loose.
Can’t insert USB
memory device. The USB memory devices
has been inserted improperly. Try reversing the connection direction of the USB
device (usually the brand name surface should be
facing left).
The USB connector is
broken. Replace with a new USB memory device.
