use and abuse. However, some basic procedures will ensure
that your pack holds up optimally.
• After each trip be sure to clean out your pack
thoroughly.
• If it’s wet, hang it to dry.
• Loosen all the straps.
• Wash your pack every now and then. (Do not immerse
travel packs with our High Road
™
Wheeled Chassis.)

pack completely. Here’s a full tour of your pack from
the ground up.

SHARED FEATURES
Modified BioStretch™ Torso Adjustable Harness
The Escapist Series packs feature the ventilated
and supportive Modified BioStretch™ harness
consisting of mesh covered slotted foam,
adjustable sternum strap with rescue whistle
buckle and an integrated, zippered electronics
pocket.
Two torso adjustable sizes provide exceptional
fit and adjustability (Escapist 25 and 30 only).
To adjust torso sizing: A Loosen load lifter straps
at top of harness, B locate arrow icon and slide a
hand between backpanel and harness to separate
the hook and loop closure, C slide harness into
position using arrows as a guide, D press firmly
to re-engage closure.
External Hydration Compartment
Located between the backpanel and main body of
your Escapist Series pack is an exterior hydration
compartment designed for both easy access and
to limit impact on interior compartment space.
A Locate and loosen load-lifter/harness straps to
access. B Place the reservoir in the compartment
using the sewn-in hanger as needed. C Route
the hose left/right through elastic routers on the
harness as preferred, and re-tighten load lifter
straps.
Panel Load Access
Every Escapist Series pack features dual zippered,
panel load main compartment access to internal
contents.
Bio-Stretch™ Hipbelt
Every Escapist Series pack features a modified,
BioStretch™ Hipbelt consisting of mesh covered,
slotted foam with dual zippered hipbelt pockets
and a modified, straight ErgoPull™ hipbelt
closure designed for comfort and performance.
Note: The Escapist 15 and 20 do not feature
hipbelt pockets or slotted foam hipbelt
Top Slash Pocket
A top, zippered slash pocket allows additional
organization/storage solutions and features heat
embossed fabric to protect valuable items from
being scratched while allowing for easy clean
up of spills.
Front Panel Pocket
Escapist Series packs feature a dual zippered,
front panel compartment with internal fabric
stash pocket, key clip, tool organization sleeves
and mesh pockets ideal for carrying pumps, bike
tools and tubes.
AirScape™ Suspension
Each Escapist Series pack features
the AirScape™ backpanel consisting of
mesh-covered, ridge molded foam with
air channels to provide the utmost comfort,
carry and performance.
