Installation

Ensure the ECHO power switch is OFF for the remainder of the installation

(Bottom of switch pressed IN).

1. Install the ECHO™ display in the cab of the sprayer where it will be clearly visible and

within easy reach of the operator.

2. RAM manufactures a suction cup mount that works well for installing the ECHO display.

The suction cup mount is not supplied with this kit, but is available from NORAC or RAM.
See Section 1.2 for ordering information.

3. Connect the cable from the ECHO display (D01) to one of the 2-way couplers with

terminator (E20) and connect one of the network cables (C01) to the other side of the
coupler.

4. Connect the remaining coupler with terminator (E20) to the free end of the network cable

(C01).

NOTE: Items E20 (2-way coupler with terminator) are white in color.

5. Connect the remaining cable C01 to the other side of the coupler with terminator (E20).

6. Connect the free end of the second network cable (C01) to the Display Bus connector on

the control module (E01). This is the end of the control module that only has one Deutsch
connector.

7. Disconnect the existing cable C01 from the control module. Connect cable C02 to the

control module.

8. Route cable C02 to the hitch and connect the 2-way coupler (E12) between cable C02 and

the existing cable C01. This will serve as the hitch disconnect.

NOTE: Only parts shown in black are included with this kit. Parts shown in blue

are included with the UC5 Spray Height Control System.
