Troubleshooting & Wiring Diagrams for DC Boat Lift Systems
Connecting
Mounting
1.
Connect controller to battery
2.
Connect controller to solar panel
NOTE:
Order of connection is not important. System will automatically correct itself.
Expose Solar Panel to Light & Dark to confirm system is working correctly. Check that the
Solar Panel Indicator LED Turns on and is Blue or Green in color.
PRE-CHECK #1:
Connect Regulator to Solar panel to confirm Charging Status LED Turns
On (Battery is NOT yet connected)
PRE-CHECK #1:
Connect Regulator to Battery to confirm Battery Status LED Turns On.
(Solar Panel NOT Connected) – If Battery LED does not turn on after connecting to a
battery the Fuse Is Blown or the Battery is completely Dead: Replace Fuse or Replace
Battery, or check Battery Connection
1.
Use necessary hardware to mount controller
2.
Controller should be mounted near battery or inside battery box.
