Trouble Shooting & Wiring Diagrams for DC Boat Lift Systems
Connecting
Mounting
1.
Connect controller to battery
2.
Connect controller to solar panel
NOTE:
Order of connection is not important. System will automatically correct itself.
Expose Solar Panel to Light & Dark to confirm system is working correctly. Check that the
GREEN LED turns on when solar panel is exposed to sunlight.
PRE-CHECK #1:
Connect Regulator to Solar panel to confirm GREEN LED Turns On
(Battery is NOT yet connected)
PRE-CHECK #1:
Connect Regulator to Battery to confirm GREEN LED Turns On. (Solar
Panel NOT Connected)
NOTE:
If both Pre-Checks are OK Regulator is functioning correctly

Use Necessary Hardware to Mount Controller

Controller should be mounted near battery or inside battery box.
