Setup
1. Place the plastic Beverage Tray into the unit
(Fig. 5).
NOTE: When used for beverages; simply fill with
ice to keep beverages cold.

Suggested Cleaning Materials:
• Mild dishwashing liquid detergent
• Hot water • Nylon cleaning pad
• Soft, dry cloth
Component Cleaning:
■ DISHWASHER SAFE: All plastic components
are dishwaher safe.
■ FOOD PREP SURFACES: Wash the food
contact surfaces with hot soapy water. These
items include the lid. Remove stubborn
residue with a mild cleanser and a nylon
cleaning pad. DO NOT use commercial
cleaners. Wipe dry with a soft, dry cloth.
■ EXTERIOR SURFACES: Clean exterior
surfaces with mild soap and hot water.

NOT use abrasive cleaners. Wipe dry with
a soft, dry cloth.
CAUTION
All cleaning and maintenance should be
done only when the grill is cool and with
the fuel supply turned off at the cylinder.
(See instruction manual or labels that were
supplied with the grill.)
2. Place the plastic Condiment Tray into the unit
(Fig. 6).
NOTE: Fill with favorite condiments; store in
refrigerator with snap-tight lid (Fig. 7) until
ready to take to the grill.
3. Place the plastic Snap-tight Lid onto the
Condiment Tray (Fig. 7).
4. Place the Lid onto the Food Prep / Beverage
System when not in use or when more prep
area is needed (Fig. 8) or turn over to use as a
cutting board (Fig. 9).
