WARNING!

To minimize risk of severe or fatal personal injury in
the event of a collision or sudden stop, both the
driver and passenger seatbacks should always re-
main in a nearly upright position while the vehicle is
in motion.
The protection provided by the seat belts will be
reduced significantly the more the seatback is re-
clined.
There is greater risk that the seat belts will not be
properly positioned on your body and/or you will
slide under the belt in an accident the more the
seatback is reclined, resulting in severe or fatal
injury.

CAUTION!

Pull the seatback lock lever, and the seatback will
return to its original position. When operating the
lever, sit close to the seatback or check with your
hand on it.
