Connecting the Cigarette Lighter Power Cord
Using the Cigarette Lighter Power Cord whenever you are operating the
PRO340XL
in a vehicie saves the radio’s internai battery iife.
IMPORTANT:
The Cigarette Lighter Power Cord is designed to be used
ONLY
with
negative
ground vehicles.
Do not
attempt to
operate the unit with the power cord connected to a positive
ground vehicle.
To connect the Cigarette Lighter Power Cord:
1.
Connect the power cord to the
POWER
connection on the side of the
radio.
2. Plug the power cord into the cigarette iighter of your vehicle.
Note:
Power is disconnected from the radio's battery compartment when
using the cigarette lighter power cord.
