Meat of irregular shape and large, fatty cuts
of meat should have the narrow or fatty areas
shielded with foil at the beginning of a defrost
sequence.

Remove thawed portions with fork.
Turn over. Return remainder to oven.
Do not defrost less than
1/4
lb.
Freeze in doughnut shape.
