Operation
• When the ionizer is activated it helps to further dean and
freshen the air by removing smail airborne particies. When
using ionizer, be sure to piace air cleaner about one foot
away from the walls. This will help keep airborne dust
particles from depositing on walls.
FILTER CHANGE SCHEDULE _______________________________
• HEPA Filter: The usable lifetime of the HEPA filter is 1 - 2 years,
depending upon the level of the room's air contaminants and the
frequency of use. The
FiEPA
filter will turn medium brown and air
volume will begin to decrease dramatically when the filter needs to
be changed. You should have a spare filter available for later
replacement.
FILTER REPLACEMENT
This HEPA filter is specially designed for easy replacement to
provide maximum performance. THE HEPA FILTER IS NOT
WASHABLE.
1. Turn the air cleaner OFF and unplug it from the power outlet.
2. Carefully lay the unit down on a flat surface with the Front
Grille facing up.
3. Gently push in on Release Buttons on both sides of the unit,
pull Front Grille out and away.
4. Remove and discard used HEPA filter.
5. Remove any plastic protective wrapping and
packaging from the new HEPA filter.
6. Set new HEPA filter into the air cleaner.
7. Install the Front Grille by engaging its tabs into the bottom
slots on the unit. Then swing grille up and gently push in top
to snap into place.
8. Turn the Air Cleaner upright and plug it into an outlet for
operation.
