Unscrew the valve cap from the
folding spare tire’s air valve by
turning it counterclockwise. Then
screw on the air pump hose.
Reach into the car and turn the
ignition switch to ACCESSORY (I).
This will start the air pump to
inflate the tire.

Do not climb into the car when it is on
the jack. You could cause the car to roll
off the jack, damaging the suspension
and body.
Keep your fingers and clothing away
as the tire inflates and unfolds from its
compact size.
