6 Kofax Export Connector for Fax Release Notes
Data Loss if Document Exported with Empty To Fax Number/Email Field
If a document is sent to a RightFax server with a Delivery type of Fax, but the To Fax
Number/Email index field is empty, the document is exported, but the data is not present on
the RightFax server. (SPR00096371)
Workaround In Kofax Capture, configure the “To Fax Number/Email” index field as a
required field.
Batches Sent to Quality Control if Multiple Services are Running
If more than one Kofax Export Connector for Fax service is running on the same system,
batches will sporadically go to the Kofax Capture Quality Control module with the following
error. (SPR00096442)
Export Error: Script #1 (Fax Export Connector) [0 Unexpected Error: Error
537926915: File Open (Name=C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\rightfax.tif, Flags=0x201) failed
with EC=32 (Cat=Error, Obj=File, Mod=M_Tcosal).]
Workaround Only run one Kofax Export Connector for Fax.
