Why I could not see the icons of
phone call and message on my
device?
Some icons are hidden, only showed
when they are activated by these
functions.
Why I could not find the device in
the bluetooth list of my smartphone?
The device only can be paired with
smartphone in the application.
Why I could not download the
application ORACOM with my
phone?
Smartphone needs to be iOS 6.0 and
above or Android 4.3 and above, with
Bluetooth 4.0 and above. Please check if
your phone meets the requiremens.
Why my device could not record the
steps when I walk?
To avoid misdetect, the device will not
take record when the activity is less than
10 steps.
Can I connect 2 or more smart
bracelet to a same smartphone?
One smartphone can only connect with
one device.
