IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR POPCORN MACHINE
1. Always make sure your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley is set on a flat and level surface before operating.
2. Keep door closed while operating. Do not touch Popping Kettle while operating – this area gets
HOT.
3. DO NOT touch HOT surfaces. Use heatproof Oven Mitts when handling any hot parts. ALWAYS use
handles and switches to operate your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley.
4. Allow HOT parts to cool down completely before handling, moving or cleaning.
5. Popping Kettle surface is HOT and should NOT be touched during popping or immediately after use.
Let Popping Kettle cool down completely before handling. Use heatproof Oven Mitts when handling
any hot parts.
6. To avoid any risk of electrical shock, DO NOT IMMERSE cord, plug or appliance into water or other
liquid.
7. DO NOT IMMERSE POPPING KETTLE, MOTOR OR ELECTRICAL PLUG IN WATER OR OTHER
LIQUID.
8. Turn ALL switches to “OFF” position before disconnecting the electrical plug from the electrical
outlet.
9. Unplug main power cord from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
10. DO NOT operate this or any other appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions or has been damaged in any way. Send the defective or damaged machine to the
nearest Authorized Service Center for inspection, repair or adjustment (ONLY qualified technicians
should repair the machine).
11. This appliance has a 3-prong plug. ALWAYS use in a corresponding electrical outlet. To avoid any
risk of electrical shock or fire DO NOT attempt to modify plug or try to defeat this safety feature in
any way.
12. The use of any accessories or attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause
injury.
13. DO NOT let power cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch any hot surfaces.
14. Place appliance as close as possible to a power outlet to avoid tripping over power cord.
15. DO NOT place the unit on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
16. The Popping Kettle plug should ONLY be connected to the inside of the popcorn machine and
NEVER to ANY other electrical cord or power outlet.
17. Always connect the Popping Kettle plug FIRST (located in the top inner part of the popcorn unit),
and then the main power cord into the wall outlet.
18. DO NOT pop kernels in dry Popping Kettle (without oil).
19. To avoid overheating and BEFORE OPERATING your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley, ALWAYS add oil
first to the Popping Kettle (let oil heat 2-3 minutes), then the kernels.
20. Use EXTREME CAUTION when removing/emptying popcorn from the Popping Kettle to avoid
burns from the HOT Popping Kettle, Lid or from residual HOT oil/steam left in the Popping Kettle.
21. DO NOT move this or any appliance containing hot oil, hot water or other liquids.
22. This appliance should not be used by or near children, or individuals with certain disabilities.
23. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
24. NEVER LEAVE UNATTENDED WHILE PLUGGED IN OR IN USE.
25. NO PARTS ARE INTENDED FOR THE DISHWASHER (except for Measuring Cup, Spoon &
Popcorn Scoop).
26. DO NOT CLEAN UNIT USING ANY ABRASIVE MATERIALS.
27. NEVER FORCE ANY PARTS OR BRACKETS INTO POSITION.
28. This machine is NOT recommended for outdoor use.
29. DO NOT use this appliance for other than intended purpose.
30. If not using your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley for an extended period, clean and cover the unit, and
store in a dry non-hazardous place.

Cleaning and Maintenance
It is strongly recommended to clean the Popping Kettle after every use to avoid burning excess oil that
may be left in the bottom of the Popping Kettle.
DO NOT IMMERSE POPPING KETTLE, MOTOR OR
ELECTRICAL PLUG IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID
- Let your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley unit cool down completely before cleaning.
- Turn all switches to OFF position. Unplug Popcorn Trolley from wall outlet. Unplug Popcorn Kettle and
carefully unhook Popcorn Kettle from Kettle Hooks.
- Clean the internal surface of the Popping Kettle with warm soapy water, rinse well and dry with clean
cloth. Make sure you do not immerse Popping Kettle, Motor or Electrical Plug in water or other
liquid.
- With a clean damp cloth, wipe glass, acrylic door and metal surfaces.
- DO NOT use any abrasive cleaners, citrus or acid based cleaners on the acrylic door as it may
scratch or dull the surface.
- After every use, empty the stainless steel Waste Tray (O) of any popcorn kernels and clean in warm
soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
Popping Kettle - Complete Cleaning Procedure
- To thoroughly clean the Popping Kettle, make sure the unit is switched OFF and completely COOL.
- CAREFULLY add 2 cups of hot water (no detergent is necessary) into the Popping Kettle.
- Turn both the Stirrer and the Popping Kettle Heating Element in ON position and bring water to a boil.
- Let water boil and stir for additional 3 minutes, then turn Stirrer and Popping Kettle Heating Element to
OFF position. CAUTION: POPPING KETTLE AND WATER ARE VERY HOT. DO NO TOUCH.
- Unplug Popcorn Trolley from wall outlet.
- Let water cool COMPLETELY.
- Place a cotton towel at the bottom of the Popcorn Unit.
- Place a large bowl over towel and directly under the Popping Kettle (bowl must be sufficiently large to
hold water from the Popping Kettle).
- CAREFULLY and SLOWLY swing down Popping Kettle Handle to empty water out into bowl.
- Unplug Popcorn Kettle from inside socket.
- Unhook Popping Kettle from Kettle Hooks, empty out any remaining water and wipe dry with a clean
dry cloth. If needed, you can also choose to clean the internal surface of the Popping Kettle as directed
in Cleaning and Maintenance section above.
Do not immerse Popping Kettle, Motor or Electrical Plug in water or other liquid
