Antenna installation
• For PR-D6/ PR-D6CL/ PR-D6CLP user
Before operating your radio, please install the supplied rubber antenna
in the terminal.

Controls
① Power supply
1. Remove the battery cover on the rear of your radio by applying
pressure to the catch in the direction shown by the arrow.
2. Insert 4 X AA size batteries into the compartment.
Note:
Alternatively, you can use AC adapter if available.
The AC power adaptor required for this unit should be 6 voltsDC at
400mA center pin negative.
Insert the adaptor plug into the DC socket on the right hand side of the
radio. Plug the adaptor into a standard mains socket outlet.
Whenever the adaptor is used, the batteries are automatically
disconnected. The AC adaptor should be disconnected from the main
supply when not in use.
② Earphone
Plug the earphones ( not included) into the earphones jack to listen to
the radio program.
③ AM/FM Band Selector
Set the band selector to the desired waveband.
④ Tuning Knob
Turn the tuning knob slowly to select the desired radio station.
⑤ Tuning LED indicator
When the LED lights on, it indicates the best tuning has been achieved.
⑥ Volume Knob
Rotate the volume knob clockwise for optimal listening level.
⑦ Treble and bass
Rotate the bass or treble knob clockwise to your own preferences.
⑧ FM antenna terminal
Install FM antenna for better reception.
