Troubleshooting
• My device is not charging or (The status indicator lights
are not glowing): Confirm that your device is properly connected to the appropriate
connector on Power Bank. Make sure the function switch for Power Bank is in the on/charge
position (left with green indicator). Press the level check button to verify that Power Bank's battery
has a charge. If no status is shown, please connect Power Bank to a power source with the included
USB cable.
• My device is not charging and Power Bank's LEDs are flashing in pairs: Power
Bank is in overload protection. Unplug the last device connected, noting that it may take some
time for the lights to stop flashing. To manually reset, disconnect all devices, move
the function switch to off/sync and then back to on/charge before
