The Electra Charging Case is intended for 
use only with compatible electronic devices 
and otherwise in accordance with the 
provided instructions. Any other use will void 
this warranty, and Trident Case will not be 
responsible for any loss or damage caused 
by or attributable to such use. In addition, 
if you use the Electra Charging Case with 
incompatible devices or in any manner not 
in accordance with the instructions, then 
you agree to indemnify Trident Case and its 
affiliates, suppliers and distributors against 
any claims for loss or damages resulting from 
such use. 
This Warranty only covers the repair or 
replacement of the Electra Charging Case if 
it fails to operate as intended due to defects 
in materials or workmanship. In no event will 
Trident Case be responsible for damage to any 
other electronic device, even if such damage is 
caused by the Electra Charging Case.

claims and damages that may result from the
