Closing the rear cargo compartment
floor
6 Pneumatic spring
7 Release button
̈ Press release button 7 and swing rear
cargo compartment floor 2 down-
ward.
̈ Push front cargo compartment floor 1
( ୴ page 277) downward on the
handle 3 ( ୴ page 277) until it locks
into place.
Removing the rear cargo compartment
floor
1 Raising
2 Rear cargo compartment floor
3 Retainer
4 Moving out
5 Pneumatic spring
6 Release catch
̈ Open rear cargo compartment floor 2
( ୴ page 277).
̈ Slide release catch 6 upward and re-
move pneumatic spring 5 from bolt by
moving it to the left.
̈ Press pneumatic spring 5 into
retainer 3.
̈ Move rear cargo compartment floor 2
into an almost vertical position (to an
angle of 85°).
̈ Grip the top of rear cargo compartment
floor
2, raise the left-hand side 1
and move it to the left out of lug 4 on
the right-hand side.
i Rear cargo compartment floor 2 can only
be moved upwards out of the lug at an angle of
85°.
