PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
High resilient, flame retardant foam base for support is laminated
to a top layer of pressure reducing flame retardant sculptured foam
that maximizes airflow, ventilation and comfort. The navy nylon
cover is easily removable.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Unique foam technology is a revolutionary manufacturing process
for replacement mattresses for health care. The foam mattress core
provides maximum support and comfort while meeting California
Flame Retardancy Standards.
COMFORT AND SUPPORT
The foam core of the Thera-Foam™ Replacement Mattress is
designed for maximum support, comfort and durability. The
Thera-Foam™ Replacement Mattress provides support that
is far superior to conventional innerspring mattresses.
REPLACEMENT MATTRESS COVER
The top of the cover is navy nylon and urethane-backed for
pressure relief. It is vapor permeable yet fluid-proof and meets
the flame retardancy standards. The bottom is also a durable,
fluid-proof, flame retardant reinforced vinyl.
SUPERIOR FLAME RETARDANCY
The foam core replacement mattress has an inner flame
retardancy cover to meet the new Federal Standards 16 CFR
1633. This meets or exceeds California TB# 117, 129 and 603.

USER INSTRUCTIONS
Place the Thera-Foam™ Replacement Mattress directly on bed
frame.
CLEANING
The therapeutic cover and mattress replacement are designed to
be cleaned with a mild detergent and damp cloth while in use. Do
not use harsh chemicals, alcohol or solvents. The cover can be
machine washed in cool water with detergent and an effective
medical disinfectant if necessary. Air dry only.
THE THERA-FOAM™ REPLACEMENT MATTRESS WARRANTY
Hudson Medical guarantees the Thera-Foam™ Replacement
Mattress Core to be free of defects in material and workmanship
for a period of one year, prorated from the date of purchase. The
Cover has a warranty of six months prorated. Should a defect occur
within the warranty period please return the mattress to place of
purchase with the original sales receipt. This warranty does not
apply to punctures, tears and burns or normal wear and tear to the
mattress or removable cover.
