WARNING: Always release the on/off button, wait until the motor stops and unplug the
appliance before assembling or disassembling the whisk.
10. Clean the appliance in accordance to the instructions in chapter Care and Cleaning.
Do not leave any food dry on the surfaces of the appliance.

• Use a wide, high-sided vessel.
• Cream: Only whip up to 400 ml chilled cream (4 - 8 °C) with a minimum
fat content of 30 %.
• Egg white: Only whip up to 4 egg whites.
• Move the whisk clockwise during operation.
Care aand C Cleaning
WARNING: To avoid injuries to persons and damage, always release the on/off button,
wait for the motor to stop completely and unplug the appliance immediately after operation
and before laying down, disassembling or cleaning the appliance. With the appliance
connected to the power supply, do not touch the assembled whisk or blending tool with your
hands or any objects.
The blender blades are very sharp! Do not touch the blades. To handle the blending tool,
always grasp the shaft or gear box.

CAUTION: Do not use abrasive cleaners, cleaning pads, corrosive chemicals
(disinfectants, bleach) or any sharp or hard objects (i.e. metal scouring pads) for cleaning,
for this could damage the surfaces. Carefully clean the appliance and the vessle with a
damped sponge or cloth and warm soapy water. Soak stubborn residues on the processing
tools in warm dish-water for ca. 10 minutes and then remove the residues with a soft
washing brush. For your convenience, you can clean the whisk in an automatic dishwasher
(in the cutlery tray).
1. Release the on/off button, wait for the motor to stop completely and unplug the appliance
from the power outlet.
CAUTION: Always handle with care and without violence. To disassemble the processing
tools, first turn the gear box clockwise to release the lock.
2. Remove the processing tool.
Hold on to the motor housing with one hand and grasp the gear box of the processing tool
with the other hand. Turn the gear box clockwise to release the lock. Then remove the
processing tool.
