Before first use
Before first use remove all advertising materials, packaging and foregn objects from the appli-
ance. Do not remove the rating label.
Clean the citrus juicer before the first use and after a long period of storage
with some warm soapy water according to the instructions in the section
›Care and Cleaning‹.
Before use fully unwind the power cord.

caution: never use both stainless steel filters together. Always check
before using the appliance that only one of the two stainless steeel
filters is mounted on the appliance. Remove the dust cover before use.
Make sure that no foreign objects are in the appliance before turning on
the juicer.

Make sure that the juicer press arm is in the top position (Fig. A). The
juicer press arm should automatically swing back into the top position.

Place the juice collector onto the drive shaft on top of the motor base.
Ensure the juice spout fits into the semi-circular groove at the front of the
motor base (Fig. B).

Insert the selected stainless steel filter (fine or coarse) into the juice collec-
tor, aligning the indent with arrow in the bottom of the filter over the corre-
sponding tab with arrow in the juice collector (Fig. C & D). Use the coarse
filter for maximum pulp content in the juice and the fine filter to decrease
the pulp content in the juice.
