3. Never remove the casing or dismantle the iron.

4. Remove the dough or beater attachments from the unit and wash them thoroughly with

warm water and washing up liquid, or put them in the dishwasher. Afterwards, rinse and dry
thoroughly.

5. If the appliance will not be used for a longer time, after cleaning put it in a nylon bag and

store it in a dust, humidity and frost free storage place. Do not wind the power cord around
the appliance not even for storage, because bending could break or weaken the insulation of
the power cord.

6. The hand mixer is factory lubricated and does not require any additional lubrication. No

other maintenance apart from cleaning is necessary. Repair, if necessary must only be
performed by a specialist service centre.
