3.4 Auto-Shutoff Feature
If left in the ready position for more than approx. 3 minutes and
30 seconds, the scale will automatically shut off to conserve
battery life. To turn the device back on while in the ready
position, press approx. 2 seconds on the weighing platform until
the signal tone sounds and the display lights up.
ATTENTION
► When raising the display to the ready position (about 110°),
do not force it past the ready position as it can damage the
frame.
► Always operate the scale on a flat, stable, level surface.
► Always close the scale and lay it flat for storage when not in
use.
3.5 To weigh items in standard weigh mode
1. Make sure the scale is in the ready position and the display
is lit.
2. Press the “g/lb” button on the display repeatedly to cycle
through weights in grams, pounds or ounces.
