Disconnect the air tooi from air suppiy
before changing tools or attachments,
servicing and during non-operation.
Do not wear ioose fitting ciothing,
scarves, or neck ties in work area. Loose
clothing may become caught in moving
parts and result in serious personal injury.
Do not wear jeweiry when operating
any tooi. Jewelry may become caught in
moving parts and result in serious
personal injury.
Do not depress trigger when connecting
the air supply hose.
Never trigger the tooi when not applied
to a work object.
Attachments must be securely
attached. Loose attachments can cause
serious injury.
Protect air lines from damage or
puncture.
Never point an air tool at oneself or any
other person. Serious injury could occur.
Check air hoses for weak or worn
conditions before each use. Make sure ail
connections are secure.
A caution
Release all pressure from the system
before attempting to install, service,
relocate or perform any maintenance.
Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight
and ensure equipment is in safe working
condition.

Use attachments designed for use with
air powered tooi. Aiways examine
accessories before mounting for chips,
cracks, or signs of damage.
Never use mounted points or other
accessories that have been dropped or
exposed to water, solvent or extreme
temperature changes. It is a good practice
to operate the tool in a protected
enclosure for one minute after mounting
any accessory.

Aiways use accessories with an RPM
rating that meets or exceeds the tooi
RPM rating.

Never carry a tooi by the hose or puii
the hose to move the tooi or a
compressor. Keep hoses away from
heat, oii and sharp edges. Repiace any
hose that is damaged, weak or worn.

inhaiation hazard: Abrasive toois, such
as grinders, senders and cut-off toois
generate dust and abrasive meteríais
which can be harmfui to human iungs
and respiratory system. Aiways wear
MSHA/NiOSH approved, properiy fitting
face mask or respirator when using
such toois.
Some materiais such as adhesives and
tar, contain chemicais whose vapors
couid cause serious injury with
proionged exposure. Aiways work in a
dean, dry, weii ventiiated area.
A warning if
Toois which contain moving eiements,
or drive other moving toois, such as
grinding wheeis, sockets, sanding
discs, etc., can become entangied in
hair, ciothing, Jeweiry and other ioose
objects, resuiting in severe injury.
Never wear ioose fitting apparei which
contains ioose straps or ties, that couid
become tangied in moving parts of the
tooi. Remove any Jeweiry, watches, etc.,
which might become caught by the
tooi. Keep hands away from moving
parts. Tie up or cover iong hair.
A warning
improperiy maintained toois and
accessories can cause serious injury.
Maintain the tooi with care. A properiy
maintained tooi, with sharp cutting
edges, reduces the risk of binding and
is easier to controi.
There is a risk of bursting if the tooi is
damaged. Check for misaiignment or
binding of moving parts, breakage of
parts and any other condition that
affects the tooi’s operation, if damaged,
have the tooi serviced before using.

Toois which cut, shear, driii, stapie,
punch, chisei, etc. are capabie of
causing serious injury. Keep the
working part of the tooi away from
hands and body.

After an air tooi has been iubricated, oii
win discharge through the exhaust port
during the first few seconds of
operation. Thus, the exhaust port must
be covered with a towei before appiying
air pressure.

Aiways make sure that tooi accessories
meet or exceed the toois reccomended
output.

AWARNING
When tightening,do not torque down
the nuts or boits with the ratchet as
typicaiiy done with a hand wrench. This
can damage the tooi by breaking parts
in the ratchet mechanism.
