2. Weight-Sensitive Automatic Shut-off
The Obus Forme Seat Cushion is built with a pressure switch that will
automatically turn off the heat function when your body weight is removed
from the cushion.
3. Temperature-Regulated Automatic Shut-off
The Obus Forme Seat Cushion is designed with an internal thermostat that
regulates the temperature of the cushion. Your cushion will automatically
shut off when the temperature reaches its maximum heat level and will be
reactivated once the temperature lowers.

HOW TO USE THE MASSAGE OPTION
The massage and pulse options can be applied to your upper back, lower back
or thighs, either together or independently. To activate the massage, adjust the
UPPER BACK, LOWER BACK and THIGHS switches to your preferred settings.
Control the intensity of your massage/pulse with the LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH
switch.

• 100% polyester exterior; polyurethane foam interior
• CA 117 fire retardant

• Hand-held remote
Before cleaning, ALWAYS unplug your Obus Forme
® by Conair ® Heat and
Massage Seat Cushion™ from the electrical outlet or AC adapter. You can wipe
the unit clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
1) Store your Seat Cushion in a cool, dry place, away from excessive heat or
sharp objects. Do not handle the massager by any of the electrical cords and
do not wrap the cord around the unit.
2) To clean the unit, make sure the massager is unplugged. Allow the unit to cool
and then wipe down with a cloth. Do not use any strong chemical
cleaners such as benzine.
RECOMMENDED MASSAGING TIMES
Generally, massage should last only 15 minutes on any one particular part of the
body. Treatment may be applied once or twice daily as desired.
As metabolism varies among individuals, so does their response to massage.
You will soon adjust the time to suit your particular needs and personal comfort.
If you have any doubts regarding treatment, we recommend you consult your
physician.
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for 12 months from the date
of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service center
listed below, together with your purchase receipt and $10.00 for postage and handling.
California residents need only provide proof of purchase and should call 1-800-366-0937
for shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be
12 months from the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE 12-MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN, LIMITED
WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONAIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the
above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights,
which vary from state to state.
