Compressor
Compressor does not reach
Condensate drain valve(s) and/ Tighten and reseal
final pressure or fittings leaking
Premature opening of final safety
Clean final safety valve and re-
valve adjust
Piston rings worn Replace
Excessive piston clearance Replace
Compressor output insufficient Pipes leaking Re-tighten
Safety valves between individual Intermediate pressure too high Check valves - see chapter 4 -

Compressor running too hot Insufficient supply of fresh Check location max. ambient
cooling air temperature + 40º C (105º F)

properly as necessary

remedy accordingly
