CB-105 Individual Control Box operates all ASG/HIOS DC electric screwdrivers (not SD2500 or EH2 Series tools).

• Circuit breaker protection on output voltage

• Use with MC-70L to custom design a power supply. Use formula A x 0.6 x N.T to determine how many amps to supply,

where A = the amp draw of the tool (found in the specifications), N.T. = the number of tools you will be using.

• Order Part #66035 Lead Kit if more than (10) CB-105's will be in use (up to 20 maximum) on a single MC-70L power

supply.

• You may choose any voltage from 20 VDC to 30 VDC. You may use the CB-105 to control the tool. Caution! The

control box will not function below 20 VDC and you will shorten the life of the screwdriver by supplying more than 30

VDC.
