Relations.

Vehicle not equipped with BMW Assist
or BMW TeleService

The Customer Relations phone number is dis-
played. If the vehicle is equipped with the
mobile phone preparation package, a voice
connection is established.

Service Request*

At a glance

You can send a request to your BMW center
to arrange a service appointment. The
TeleService data is transmitted during a
Service Request. If possible, your BMW center
will establish contact with you.
