roubleshooting
Reduced spray or no spray
Possible causes Remedies
1. Spray nozzle clogged 1. Clean spray nozzle
2. Solution/clean tank empty 2. Check/fill tank
3. Solution/clean tank insert clogged 3. Clean insert at bottom of clean/solution tank
4. Pump needs priming 4. Gently lift solution/clean tank while depressing
the spray trigger OR gently squeeze solution/
clean tank while depressing spray trigger
Deep cleaner won't pick up cleaning solution
Possible causes Remedies
1. Tank release latch is not closed properly 1. Lift up the tank release latch and press down
firmly to make sure it is in place
2. Poor tool position 2. Reposition tool on surface, follow
recommended cleaning procedures
3. Collection/dirty tank is full 3. Empty collection/dirty tank
4. Tool brush worn 4. Replace with new brush
5. Excess cleaning solution in vacuum flex hose 5. Lift hose and point upwards to allow water
in hose to flow into the collection/dirty tank
6. Incorrect cleaning formula 6. Use BISSELL Little Green formula only
