5. Trouble-Shooting
Problem Check
There is no light
► Check that the USB cable is properly connected.
► If the driver is corrupted, uninstall the driver from the device manager, and
then reconnect the USB cable.
► If the driver is corrupted, scan your PC to check the virus.
There is no sound
► Check that the volume level is set to minimum.
► Check that your PC is not in mute mode.
► Check that the USB cable is properly connected.
► Check that your headphone (or active speaker) is properly connected.
► Check that your headphone (or active speaker) operates normally.
