Box Scraper

4.4 Work Settings / Depth
Control
The depth of the scraper is altered by adding
shims into the rear axle cylinder A. Hydraulic
cylinder A is also used to lift the machine out
of work when turning. The pitch/height of the
drawbar is altered by adjusting the toplink B.
Used in conjuction with cylinder A, toplink B
should be used to set the scraper unit level in
work.
4.5 Laser Mounting Mast
The box scraper can be fitted with an optional
laser mounting mast allowing a laser receiver
to be fitted to accomodate laser levelling.
4.3 Scraper Bowl
The scraper bowl is fitted with a reversible
blade made from toughened steel. The
working depth and pitch is adjustable in order
to obtain the desired levelling effect on the
land.
4.2 Transport Wheels
In work, the transport wheels carry the weight
of the machine and are used to set the
working depth, ensuring accurate levelling for
large areas.
